How does direct booking work?

Send us a no-obligation request with your preferred dates. We will check availability and confirm the final price and reservation.

How many guests can stay?

Apartment 2 is available for short stays for up to 2 guests. Apartment 1 is let on a long-term basis.

Is parking available?

Yes. Private parking for passenger cars is located directly at the property and is free of charge for staying guests.

How can I book the wellness facilities?

The private barrel sauna and outdoor bathing tub can be requested in advance or together with your stay. Use is subject to availability and an additional charge.

Practical information for your stay

Check-in and check-out
Our usual check-in time is 15:00–17:00 and check-out is 08:00–10:00. We are happy to arrange a different time with you in advance. Please let us know when you expect to arrive.
Private wellness
Outdoor bathing tub and sauna: CZK 1,000 per day. To use the wellness facilities on arrival day, please arrange this with us well in advance.
A light tidy-up before departure
We simply ask you to do a basic tidy-up and leave the apartment in a tidy condition before departure. If you prefer us to take care of this, we are happy to arrange cleaning for CZK 1,500.
Refundable deposit
A refundable deposit of CZK 2,500 is required to cover any damage.
Payment at the property
Payments at the property are cash only, in euros (EUR) or Czech crowns (CZK).
